Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces egg noodles
Steps
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté beef and onions for 10 minutes, or until meat is browned and onion is tender.
- Stir in flour, salt, and paprika. Add condensed soup, mix well, and cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add sour cream, stirring well and allowing to heat through. Cover and set this mixture aside.
